Full industrial chain layout from mining to smelting and refining, writing a new chapter in the development of Huaxing
In accordance with the "14th Five-Year Plan" Implementation Plan for Domestic Mineral Exploration of Strategic Minerals, issued by five ministries including the Ministry of Natural Resources, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Finance, and the Group's long-term development strategy, to expand the Group's resource reserves and production scale, a mining development leadership group headed by the chairman was established at the beginning of the year. The group conducted in-depth field research on mines in Hunan, Guizhou, Gansu, Guangxi, and other major antimony-producing areas in China. In August 2023, through government investment attraction, the Group successfully acquired the Taishan Antimony Mine in Lixian County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, and the Zhaojiabawan Antimony Mine in Dangchang County. The two mines are located in the national planned mining area rich in antimony resources (Lixian Taishan-Dangchang Zhuyuan North Antimony Mining Area). The total area of mining rights and exploration rights is 10.595 square kilometers. The Taishan Antimony Mine in Lixian County has proven reserves of over 1.58 million tons, and the Zhaojiabawan Antimony Mine has proven reserves of over 2 million tons. The local government has also approved the Group's application for a new exploration right of 50 square kilometers within the planned mining area.
A hundred boats contend, the one who strives wins; a thousand sails race, the brave one prevails. Following this mine acquisition, the Group currently has a resource base with an annual mining and selection capacity of 150,000 tons of antimony ore in Longnan City, Gansu Province; a smelting base with an annual output of 20,000 tons of antimony products in Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province; and a deep-processing base with an annual output of 10,000 tons of antimony oxide products in Loudi City, Hunan Province. This has achieved a full industrial chain layout of antimony ore mining, selection, smelting, and deep processing of antimony series products for the Group, laying a solid foundation for the Group's sustained, stable, and high-quality development.
