Selection of mining methods
Mining methods determine the amount of materials and equipment needed, the amount of development work, labor productivity, ore recovery rate, and the quality of the extracted ore, and play a very important role in ore deposit mining.

Antimony battery
Antimony (Sb) has a wide range of applications, including use in the production of storage battery plates and bearing alloys. Its oxide is an important raw material for flame retardants, catalysts, and clarifying agents.
05-22
Methods for producing antimony
The smelting methods for antimony metal are divided into pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy, with pyrometallurgy still being the main method.
04-24
Antimony mining
The mining methods for solid ore can be divided into open-pit mining and underground mining. Both methods are used in antimony mining, but underground mining is the primary method.
04-23
Quality inspection sampling
Sampling employs scientific methods to randomly select a small portion of the target material that represents the properties of the entire batch. This involves calculations and probability design to ensure that each component and each location has an equal probability of being selected.

Introduction to typical antimony deposits in China
The Xikuangshan Antimony Mine in Hunan Province The Xikuangshan antimony mine in Hunan Province is a typical example of a layered antimony deposit in carbonate strata. Studies have shown that the formation temperature of stibnite is about 250~100℃, and the antimony deposit belongs to a medium-low temperature hydrothermal deposit.

Distribution details of antimony deposits in China
China has four main antimony ore-forming belts, which are connected to four antimony ore belts in the world. The specific distribution details are as follows: (1) South China antimony ore belt; (2) Western Yunnan and Tibet antimony ore belt; (3) Qinling-Kunlun Mountains antimony ore belt; (4) Changbai Mountain-Yinshan-Tianshan antimony ore belt

Antimony chemical analysis method - Determination of arsenic by molybdenum blue spectrophotometry
This standard complies with GB467-78 "General Principles and General Provisions of Standard Methods for Chemical Analysis of Metallurgical Products". This standard is applicable to the determination of arsenic in antimony. Determination range: 0.01%-0.6%

Beneficiation of stibnite ore
The composition of single antimony sulfide ore is relatively simple, with the main metallic mineral being stibnite. Some ores also contain a small amount of native antimony, while the gangue minerals are mainly quartz and calcite.
03-16
Currently, stibnite ore is generally processed by flotation (or a combined gravity-flotation method), using xanthates or thiocarbamates as collectors, lead salts as activators, and pine oil as a foaming agent. After treatment in a weakly acidic medium with a pH of around 6.5, a high-grade antimony concentrate can be obtained.
