April 25 to May 1, 2024, marks the 22nd National Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Law Publicity Week. To promote the publicity week activities, on the morning of April 26, the Cengong County Health and Health Bureau, Disease Prevention and Control Center, and Health Supervision Bureau of Guizhou Province jointly held a "Cengong County Occupational Health Knowledge into Enterprises" activity at Guizhou Huaxing Metallurgy Co., Ltd.
This week's theme is "Adhering to Prevention First, Protecting Occupational Health." During the training, Li Xiaoye from the Health Supervision Bureau gave a detailed explanation of the relevant content of the "Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Law," and combined with practical cases, he elaborated on the importance and necessity of occupational disease prevention and treatment in an easy-to-understand manner. He emphasized that occupational disease prevention and treatment work is a reflection of corporate social responsibility and a guarantee of employee rights. He hoped that all employees would actively participate in occupational disease prevention and treatment work to jointly maintain the health and safety of the company and its employees. At the event, staff from the Health Supervision Bureau also distributed occupational disease prevention and treatment brochures to employees so that they could better understand occupational disease prevention and treatment knowledge in their daily lives.
