On August 2, 2024, Li Yuan, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Lixian County, led a team to conduct a "visit and promote" research activity at Gansu Baoshan Antimony Industry Co., Ltd. The team went deep into the enterprise's front line to understand the resumption of mining operations, listen to development needs, and solve problems on the spot. Leaders from the county's emergency management bureau and Baihe Town Party Committee accompanied the research. 
At the symposium, Gong Nanheng, chairman of Huaxing Group, extended a warm welcome to Secretary Li Yuan and his team. He expressed gratitude to the Baihe Town government for its consistent concern and support for the smooth resumption of mining operations and detailed the current progress and main difficulties of the mining operation. 
At the meeting, after listening to the detailed introduction, Secretary Li Yuan encouraged Baoshan Antimony Industry to maintain confidence and seize development opportunities. He emphasized the importance of establishing a firm safety development concept, strengthening safety production management, and ensuring that production proceeds safely and orderly. He pointed out that government departments must provide excellent service to enterprises, creating a better business environment. He requested that the town government fully coordinate to resolve the difficulties and problems encountered in the resumption of mining operations.
