Huaxing Group held its 2022 initial work arrangement, deployment, and mobilization meeting
On the morning of March 12, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Huaxing Group held its 2022 annual work arrangement and deployment mobilization meeting. This meeting was held via Tencent Video Conference, with the main venue in Changsha, Hunan, a sub-venue in Cengong, Guizhou, and another sub-venue in Xinhua, Hunan. Mr. Gong Nanheng, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Gong Xinsong, Chairperson of the Board, Mr. Gong Wen, President, executives from various departments of the head office, and executives from various subsidiaries attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Zou Xianghui, Vice General Manager of Finance. Attendees first listened to and watched the President's report on the 2022 annual work arrangement and deployment mobilization meeting.
President Gong Wen outlined eight key requirements for 2022: 1. Explore markets, proactively market, and achieve a win-win situation in production and sales; 2. Increase purchasing efforts, expand cooperation models, and ensure raw material supply; 3. Expand financing channels, access low-interest funds, and ensure the needs of enterprise development; 4. Strengthen team building, enhance corporate culture, and cultivate excellent talent for enterprise development; 5. Upgrade technology, reduce emissions and costs, and achieve low-carbon environmental protection for a better future; 6. Strengthen performance appraisal, improve management level, and enhance team execution; 7. Strictly enforce safety and environmental protection, prevent accidents, and provide guarantees for enterprise development; 8. Scientifically apply ERP to improve work efficiency and promote refined enterprise management;
Senior executives signed the 2022 safety, environmental protection, output, and profit responsibility letter. The Group announced personnel appointment notices and salary revision plans.
Finally, the Chairman gave an instructive speech, outlining three major directional requirements: 1. Elevate our standing, deepen our understanding, and ensure that our thoughts and actions are aligned with President Gong Wen's work arrangements and deployments; 2. Focus on the present and grasp key tasks while looking to the future and drawing blueprints; 3. Strengthen management, solidify responsibilities, and ensure that all project targets and tasks are successfully completed; The meeting called on all Huaxing people to emancipate their minds, break through innovation, work hard, and ensure the comprehensive and high-quality completion of all annual targets and tasks.
