Spring Glory Star Dream Gathering Team, Team Forging Dreams, Passionate Huaxing People!
On April 23, 2022, Group President Gong Wen led nearly 40 employees and some family members of Huaxing Holdings and Huaxing Trade to "Shenguang Jiuyue Mountain Villa" in Changsha, Hunan Province, for a one-day team-building activity themed "Spring Huaxing Dream Gathering, Team Forging Dreams, Passionate Huaxing People." The aim was to enhance team cohesion and execution. 。
The team-building activity officially began at 9:00 am. All personnel were divided into three teams, each wearing different colored uniforms. They collaboratively determined their respective captains, team names, slogans, team songs, dances, and group photo poses. All three teams were passionate and enthusiastic.
The first team to take the stage was the "War Wolf Team," led by Manager Liu Ting of Huaxing Trade. With high morale, they powerfully chanted their team slogan, "The east wind blows, the war drums beat, who is the War Wolf Team afraid of?" They also performed the recently popular "Compendium of Materia Medica" fitness exercise from Douyin.
The second team to appear was led by Deputy Manager Tan Xiaojun of the Sales Center the "Dream Team." Unwilling to fall behind, they marched forward bravely and confidently, in unison they loudly sang their team song, "Surpassing Dreams." Their dance and team formation demonstrated the team's unity and cooperation for mutual success.
The last team to appear was the "Wei Zhi Wu Zhi Team," led by Manager Gong Xiaofang from the President's Office. They showcased their courage with a unique "Ultraman Warrior" formation, demonstrating youthful vitality and team spirit, fully embodying the unique cooperation and charm of "Passionate Huaxing People."
This team-building activity focused on inspirational expansion, including relay dribbling, blindfolded mutual hitting, and mind-to-mind connection. The activity was lively and interesting. After intense competition, the Dream Team won first place and was awarded the title of "King Team."
Through diverse interactions, the activity strengthened horizontal communication between departments, clarifying roles and positions within the organization. It effectively stimulated the team spirit of all employees, allowing each Huaxing member to deeply understand the core values of the company: "integrity, efficiency, innovation, and win-win." It proved that "building a high-quality and efficient team" is not just a slogan, but a belief integrated into the company culture.
After the competition, everyone gathered together, raised their glasses to drink, and enjoyed the farm's specialty cuisine. Subsequent leisure activities allowed everyone to relax after busy work, get close to nature, and enjoy the visual beauty of the green mountains and waters!
