Conducting semi-annual duty report supervision by going deep into the front lines
Recently, a special working group composed of senior management from the group's head office conducted semi-annual performance review meetings at each core subsidiary. They went deep into the front lines of the business to fully understand the actual management and operational situation, and provided precise guidance for the second half of the year's work direction. Middle and senior managers from each company comprehensively reported on the achievement of goals in the first half of the year, analysis of problems and improvement measures, and detailed work plans for the second half of the year.
The first stop of the working group was at the Gansu Mining subsidiary, where they focused on listening to special reports on mine construction, exploration and mining progress, and safety production. Subsequently, they moved to the Guizhou primary processing and smelting plant, where they provided comprehensive and detailed guidance on production efficiency, safety and environmental protection, performance management, and technical renovation projects. At the Xinhua deep processing and smelting plant, the working group focused on product quality, warehouse management, performance management, and plant reconstruction. Finally, the working group returned to the group's Changsha headquarters and organized a semi-annual performance review summary meeting to systematically review the operational highlights and challenges of each subsidiary, and made key deployments for the second half of the year's production and operation plans and strategic advancement.
This down-to-earth performance review and supervision is a key practice for the group to strengthen strategic penetration and execution efficiency. The group leaders highly affirmed the hard-earned achievements of each subsidiary in the first half of the year, and hope to take this meeting as an opportunity to focus on the core annual goals, give full play to the incentive mechanism, consolidate the chain of responsibility, be down-to-earth, overcome difficulties, and sprint for the second half of the year with the annual goals as the guide.
