Self-reliance - Employee Edition
Everyone inevitably has a particularly difficult time, whether it's financial hardship, career setbacks, or the anxieties of love. But those who persevere will find life suddenly brightens. For those who don't, time will teach you how to make peace with these challenges. Life is meant to be experienced, not to be a perfect performance. We must learn to accept the darker parts of ourselves, forgive our own slowness and mediocrity, allow ourselves to make mistakes, allow for occasional breakdowns, and allow ourselves to bloom despite our imperfections.

Buddha said: Life only has "three days," namely "yesterday, today, and tomorrow." Those who live in "yesterday" are lost in confusion and regret. Those who imagine "tomorrow" have not yet arrived; they can only guess and know nothing. Only those who live in "today" are the most secure and in control, because you can never predict which will come first, an accident or "tomorrow." Therefore, all we can do is try our best to live and seize the day.
When one reaches a certain age, the best state of life is to have modest material possessions but a rich soul. Age is just a number. Tune your life to your favorite channel. Life's messiness needn't be shared with others; may your days be peaceful and calm!

The best days are not about stunning moments or extravagance, nor self-pity. They are about staying away from the noise, maintaining clarity, and being true to oneself; understanding the world without becoming worldly, experiencing sophistication while retaining innocence, being self-deprecating without mocking others.
Half of your efforts should be devoted to cultivating virtue and practicing self-cultivation, using your skills to earn a living; pause, forget, and let go with the wind! Half of your efforts should be devoted to being kind to others, maintaining goodwill for coexistence; listen, observe, and follow your fate. Be half awake and half at peace; don't dwell on the past, don't fear the future. May your days ahead be filled with sunshine and clarity, your heart pure, and everything gentle!
