Huaxing Group held its 2023 annual work summary and commendation conference
On January 15th, 2024, Huaxing Group held its 2023 annual work summary and commendation conference at Guizhou Huaxing Metallurgy Co., Ltd. The event was attended by Gong Xinsong, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Gong Nanheng, Chairman; Gong Wen, President; Zou Xianghui, Vice President of Finance; Chen Junyong, Vice President of Procurement; Liu Liyong, Vice President of Sales; Ouyang Xiaoling, Vice President of International Trade Department; Gong Aimin and Luo Yi, Vice Presidents of Production at Guizhou Huaxing Metallurgy; Yuan Fu, Executive Vice President of Loudi Huaxing Antimony Industry; Jiang Ziyang, Manager of Gansu Huaxin Jinyuan Mining; and all middle and high-level management personnel and employee representatives of the Group. The meeting was chaired by Zou Xianghui, Vice President of Finance.
Gong Wen comprehensively summarized the past year's work and planned the blueprint for the coming year. He pointed out that 2023 was a year of bold progress and strides for Huaxing Group, and a year of milestone significance in Huaxing's development history. Strictly following the Group's strategic development goals, the Huaxing leadership team, with the Chairman at its core, has been resourceful and responsible, leading all Huaxing people to forge ahead, and each company has achieved remarkable results. Looking forward to 2024, the Group will continue to uphold its core values of "integrity, efficiency, innovation, and win-win," embrace change with a more open attitude, and strategically deploy a "four-province, five-point" plan. Deepening reforms and expanding development will continuously improve the company's core competitiveness and market share.
At the meeting, all middle and high-level management personnel of the Group gave reports on their 2023 work, and outstanding employees, excellent employees, advanced workers, and outstanding newcomers of the year were commended.
Gong Nanheng, in his address, affirmed the efforts and achievements of the Group over the past year. He emphasized that, inspired by the spirit of the 19th and 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Group strictly abided by relevant national laws and regulations, paid taxes legally, operated legally, developed steadily, and achieved a bumper harvest in all aspects of its work. Looking forward to 2024, we are full of confidence. The spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has released significant benefits for enterprises, bank support has significantly increased, and our own infrastructure has been greatly strengthened. "If you persevere, even dead wood can be carved; if you do not persevere, even the hardest stone cannot be carved." We must act with a sense of urgency, be confident, take the initiative, remain true to our original aspirations, continue to move forward, strive to create new achievements for Huaxing, and work together to realize the dream of a happy Huaxing!
Zou Xianghui announced the list of award winners for the various companies' commendation and selection, and the leaders present awarded certificates and bonuses to the winners.
Employee representatives Gong Jianwen, Zhu Cong, and Luo Jiaxin gave acceptance speeches. Zhu Cong expressed gratitude for the company's kindness and the honor of representing the outstanding employees, stating that this honor belongs to every member of the Group's financial center. He thanked the company for providing such an excellent development platform, allowing him to utilize his strengths and realize his self-worth; he likened Huaxing Group to the fertile ground that nurtured his growth. Having joined in 2020, he expressed pride in witnessing the company's rapid development.
