Huaxing Group conducts salary and performance management system training
On January 14, Huaxing Group conducted a special training session on salary and performance management systems at Guizhou Huaxing Metallurgical Co., Ltd. This training aims to further enhance the systematic understanding of enterprise management among personnel at all levels within the Group, allowing for a comprehensive and detailed study of the specifics of the Group's optimized salary and performance system, providing strong support for the Group's high-quality development. This training was organized by the Group's President's Office and lectured by Mr. Quan Lianjun, project manager of Yuan Da Fang Lue Management Consulting Company. 
President Gong Wen emphasized the importance, necessity, and principles of this training before it commenced. This training received high attention from the Group's leadership, with heads of various companies and departments participating throughout. A total of over 50 people attended this training, covering aspects such as the channels and standards of the employee promotion and ranking system; the design and implementation of the salary management system; and the construction and evaluation of the performance management system. Through case studies and interactive discussions, the trainees gained an in-depth understanding of the key aspects and job details of salary and performance management.
Through this training, the understanding of the salary and performance management system among managers at all levels of Huaxing Group has been further enhanced, laying a solid foundation for the Group's high-quality development.
