Huaxing Group's 4th Employee Games: Healthy Exercise, Happy Life
To promote the spirit of unity, tenacious struggle, and sportsmanship, enrich employees' cultural life, enhance the cohesion, centripetal force, and team spirit of all employees, and promote the construction of corporate spiritual civilization and corporate culture, the Group held its fourth annual Employee Games from November 12th to 15th, 2021, under the theme of "Healthy Sports, Happy Life." Ms. Gong Xinsong, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Mr. Gong Nanheng, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Gong Wen, President, Mr. Zou Xianghui, Vice General Manager, Mr. Chen Junyong, Vice General Manager, Mr. Liu Liyong, Vice General Manager, Mr. Gong Aimin, Vice General Manager, Mr. Yuan Fu, Vice General Manager, Mr. Gong Gonga, Vice General Manager, Mr. Luo Yi, Vice General Manager, and Ms. Ouyang Xiaoling, Vice General Manager, and other leaders attended the opening ceremony of the Games.
Over three days, from the 12th to the 14th, athletes from the Group's Huaxing Holdings, Huaxing Antimony, Huaxing Metallurgy, and Huaxing Trade companies formed four teams. More than 60 athletes participated in 13 events: tug-of-war, 200-meter track and field, 2000-meter track and field, men's basketball, table tennis, billiards, chess, arm wrestling, parallel bars, antimony moving, antimony carrying, carrying a shoulder pole, jump rope, and more.
On the field, the athletes were full of fighting spirit and confidence, surpassing their dreams with passion, and fully demonstrating their sweat and efforts. They showed the style of Huaxing people who never give up, displaying their valiant and heroic spirit. The Games always upheld the principle of "friendship first, competition second." Each participating team cooperated tacitly, working together for mutual benefit and showcasing a team spirit of unity and cooperation. The audience also cheered on the athletes, with applause, cheers, and shouts of support accompanying each competition, echoing throughout the Huaxing Metallurgy family.
After three days of fierce competition, the athletes achieved excellent results in various events. First, second, and third prizes were awarded in each event. There were 25 winners of first prize (teams and individuals), 25 winners of second prize (teams and individuals), and 11 winners of third prize.
The entire Games proceeded in a solemn, enthusiastic, hard-working, and uplifting atmosphere. All the staff and referees of the Games adhered to the work principles of "seriousness, earnestness, fairness, and accuracy." They fulfilled their duties, organized meticulously, cooperated closely, and operated efficiently, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the Games. All the athletes strictly followed the various competition rules, participated civilly, fought unitedly, and bravely created excellent results, embodying the Olympic spirit of "faster, higher, stronger." They competed with skill and friendship, demonstrating a positive spirit and achieving a double harvest of achievements and spiritual civilization.
